That unexpected message from our CEO, Eduardoluis, wasn't just a pleasant shock; it marked the start of something truly special.

At Spotdly, we don't just value creativity and innovation—we live and breathe it. Spotdly 21.30 was a vibrant testament to our culture: a workday specifically set aside for NOT working but for disconnecting, team bonding, and collective enjoyment.
This event draws its name from the time astronauts typically begin their rest after a long day, at 21:30, resting for about 8 and a half hours. It was our time as a 'space crew' to relax and recharge.
Valentina, our in-house producer, and Team Titrineo got us warmed up and ready with dance moves, brain exercises, and ice-breaking activities that perfectly set the stage for the fun ahead.
Next up, Ron Chávez took the virtual stage, leading us through an engaging session of theatrical improvisation applied to the business world, showing us how spontaneity and adaptability are crucial in our environment.
Lunchtime brought more surprises, with our favorite poke bowls delivered right to us (kudos to the team for coordinating simultaneous deliveries across five countries!).
The afternoon was packed with creativity-boosting activities, leading us into one of the most anticipated parts of the day: the superhero pet competition. In teams of three, we presented our uniquely crafted superhero pets with powers and weaknesses.
The results were as creative as expected from the Spotdly crew, making it tough to pick a winning team—but congrats again to Team 2!
The event wrapped up with a cocktail-making session led by Shantal Edumar. Each participant learned to mix two basic drinks, symbolizing how we each blended our unique skills to create something special at Spotdly.
